The initiative was born in 2010, when Credicorp Capital Chile (formerly IM Trust) was about to celebrate its 25 years of history and, as a way of commemorating this event, decided to develop its own project for the benefit of the community. From this decision, and the result of a process of analysis in which different areas of the company participate, the initiative to carry out Pro Bono Advisories was born.

They provide financial consulting services, Credicorp Capi​tals specialty, non-profit organizations or social projects in Pro Bono mode. The consultancy provided deals with advisory projects for specific programs of its beneficiaries, according to their diverse needs and requirements, they are carried out by professionals from different areas of the company and supervised by the Corporate Social Responsibility Committee.

They deliver services for the benefit of the community with professionalism and excellence. Additionally they also focus on understanding the diverse needs of its beneficiaries and providing financial advice with high quality standards.

Since its creation, more than 25,000 man-hours have been dedicated to the Pro Bono financial consulting service, covering social projects in diverse areas such as education, environment, culture and social services. Among the beneficiaries are: Astoreca Foundation, Food Network Corporation, La Fuente Foundation, Mi Parque Foundation, Nocedal Foundation, Protector of Children, Telethon and Roof, among others.
