Credicorp Capital, follows good communication practices and is always concerned with providing optimal services. It has implemented communication channels for Claims and Complaints.
Complaints can be made directly or anonymously, related to the its Business Principles, Standards of Ethical Conduct, Conflicts of Interest, issues related to a possible regulatory breach and situations or events that require the attention of the Compliance Committee of Credicorp Capital.
For all complaints received, an opportune, independent, confidential and non-reprisal analysis is assured, through a structured process and monitored by the company's Compliance Committee.
